What age is PadelTots designed for?

PadelTots is designed specifically for children aged three to seven. Sessions are structured around early years development, meaning activities are age appropriate, engaging, and paced to match attention spans and ability levels.

Does my child need any experience?

Not at all. Most children join as complete beginners. We focus on building confidence first, introducing movement and basic padel skills in a gentle and encouraging way.

Is this competitive or performance focused?

No. PadelTots is not a competitive training programme. Our priority is confidence, coordination, and enjoyment. Children are encouraged to try, explore, and grow without pressure or comparison.

Who is PadelTots best suited for?

PadelTots is ideal for children who are curious, energetic, and ready to explore movement through play. It suits families who value structure, encouragement, and positive early sporting experiences.

Who might it not be right for?

If you are looking for high intensity performance coaching or competitive match training, PadelTots may not be the right fit. Our focus is early years development and building strong foundations.

What should we know before booking?

Children should wear comfortable clothing and trainers and bring a water bottle. All equipment is provided. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Sessions are structured, supervised, and delivered with safety as a priority.
